Alien types

Is there a source who might know who the aliens Are and where they are from. Perhaps the type of vehicle they use can be identified as coming from a certain star Constellation or Planet?

I think it's difficult to sort fact from fiction.

I mean, you can only discern for yourself what you want to take as truth.

I would add that when you see that there's tic tacs, discs, orbs, pyramid - videos being released by the Govt(s?).... I can't imagine that's all one species.
